Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of LeadsOnboard and participation in our revenue-share lead program. By applying for partner access, you agree to these Terms.

The revenue-share model

We do not sell leads. We supply exclusive leads at no cost per lead and earn an agreed share of the revenue those leads produce. Revenue-share percentages are set with each partner before delivery begins.

Partner eligibility

• You must hold any licenses required to sell in your requested verticals and regions.
• You must use leads only for lawful, authorized purposes.
• We may verify your fit and decline or end participation at our discretion.

Exclusivity

Leads delivered to you are exclusive to you and are not shared or resold. You agree not to resell, redistribute, or re-broker leads received through the program.

Compliance

You agree to comply with all applicable laws, including the TCPA and other marketing and consumer-protection regulations. Consent documentation is available to support your compliance obligations.

Reporting and payment

You agree to report revenue accurately and to remit the agreed revenue share on the schedule established with your account. We may audit reported figures where reasonably necessary.

Disclaimers

Leads are provided "as is." While we screen for intent and verify contact data, we do not guarantee conversion, revenue, or specific outcomes.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeadsOnboard is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance.
